We are looking for a Grill and Kitchen Specialist for our unique Dark Kitchen!
The ideal Kitchen Specialist is passionate about the craft, flexible, a true team player, stress-resistant, and looking for a versatile role. Together with an enthusiastic team, you will help turn a completely new hospitality concept at a unique location in Amsterdam into a success. You will be responsible for the daily preparation of all dishes coming from the kitchen and everything related to it.

What will you do?

• Prepare a variety of dishes daily with a focus on grill techniques.

• Share responsibility for the quality, flavor, and presentation of everything leaving our kitchen.

• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure a clean workspace in accordance with HACCP guidelines.

• Actively contribute ideas for improvements and new dishes.

• Work closely with a motivated team and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
